Archontariki resident chef,
Mr. Harris Makryloukas studied for 2 years at the
Institute of Hotel and Catering Services in Nicosia. After
completing his diploma he then went on and completed a one-year course
in Tourism and Business Management in Athens, and then went on and
attended a college in Lyons where he completed a one-year course specializing
in gourmet cooking.

In 1998 he
achieved first place in the Cyprus National finals, for young Chefs,
winning Gold in Gourmet cooking, Decoration and Presentation. Come and visit Harris at ARCHONTARIKI, and taste

ARCHONTARIKI'S
charming manager is Marios Makryloukas, who also happens to be one of
the owners. Mario's completed 4 years of study at the Athens University. He passed with honors, and obtained a Hotel and Tourism
Business
management degree. After 10 years
experience working in some of the top hotels and restaurants in Cyprus,
he decided to give the local residents of Polis Chrysochous a taste of
his expertise in the restaurant business, by opening ARCHONTARIKI with
his brother Haris.
